The website was fairly easy to navigate, browsing the parts and ordering was also quite straightforward. Having all the parts prices in the drop down menu would be more helpful however. The communication with PCS has been very good in general, with fair response times and good explanations. However speaking to different people have resulted in different answers a couple of times. All the parts quality seems to be excellent, delivery was very quick and well packaged. However my system has arrived with case fans connected in wrong places on the motherboard so i had to spend some time on forums, online and emailing PCS to figure out what the problem is. In the end the fix was fairly simple which i was able to do by myself, but it was caused due to some negligence during the build process. I was assured the feedback about this issue will be passed on to the relevant teams.
