An excellent service. It was fun specking out the PC with their friendly web interface. After purchasing the PC, I decided to change a component the next day and expected to be charged an admin fee, but because they hadn't began the building phase, they actually refunded me the difference of the component instead! I also enjoyed the updates they sent me, keeping me updated on what phase it was in. It has now arrived in perfect condition.
