Excellent website interface. Smooth ordering process. Very easy to configure a PC to your own desired spec - and the process will tell you if it thinks you are over-specifying a component. Excellent communication from PC Specialist throughout the build; never any doubt about the status. Very responsive to questions / requests via the Support inbox. Important information about "musts" when booting the computer for the first time is sent in advance of delivery. Delivery via DPD also completed smoothly and to time. All in all an excellent buying experience all round. This is my second purchase from PC Specialist - the first was 12 years ago and it is still going strong! I would recommend PC Specialist to anyone looking for a PC.
