I have never used a servce like this before. I normally opt to build my own. The site and interface was straightforward, and if I made a wrong choice on components it would offer a recommendation. For instance, I asked for an 850w psu and it was telling me that I should use a lower wattage to save money. I could choose to follow the advice or ignore it. The building and testing was all done quickly. I chose to have them send me an email each day to tell me what stage they were at. If I had one minor complaint, they sent the quick start guide for the motherboard but not the user manual, and there was no guide for the extra gfx card bracket that comes with the case (as I installed my own gfx card), so I had to work it out. Overall pc specialist was a good service and I am happy with the PC I have ended up with.
