The process of customising a PC is easy, delivery was surprisingly quick as originally I ordered parts out of stock. I also badgered the customer service many times and they were always friendly and ready to help. There was a small frustration in a break down in communication but I still give 5 stars as it’s a gift nowadays to be able to actually speak to humans and they helped rectify the issue with haste.
