I need to say that their after sales support, and the integrity of their staff are excellent. Without going in to unnecessary detail, I needed help from senior staff at Wakefield. Some months had passed, and a bit of checking needed to be done, but after accepting my concerns they showed me a very high level of personal care. The team leader with the initials MD was a real credit to their company, and went the extra mile for me, in order that I had the best possible outcome. I think the peace of mind you get buying from a company like PC Specialist goes a long way. Touch wood, I now have my dream pc. Really well done.
