I was trying to buy a fairly basic laptop but when I looked at the well known companies, they offered very few customisation options. The PC Specialist website was easy to use and had all the options I required for screen size, disk configuration, OS and CPU. Their pre-sales support answered the phone very quickly and were clear and helpful. My PC was built in a few days (ordered on Monday, delivered on Friday) with an update as stage was completed. The packaging was excellent. Setting up the laptop was as straightforward as these things can be. The one problem I had with my external monitor not being recognised was fixed in a few minutes with a call to Support. I have now been using the laptop for a week and it is performing as I had hoped.
