The PC I ordered was exactly to my specifications, the building time was about 10 days then dispatched, but the multiple emails during the building process telling me what happens and the 360 image of my computer while it was being tested was cool! Delivery was on-time, PC came undamaged, had some hiccups at the start but that was because of software that came pre-installed with the GPU, not the company themselves but otherwise PC is running and looks great! Their tech support service through their website is quick to respond with detailed instructions with my query too.
