We have struggled with off the shelf PCs for a few years now despite “expert” advice. Last year we bought our son a gaming PC from PC Specialist and so we thought we would try them. I went through the website and loaded something that I thought would be ok. I called to discuss and check the quality etc. The advisor was great. We went through what we had, what we struggled with, what we needed etc and at no point were we pressured into a hard sell of upgraded bits, peripherals etc. He even helped me check what we already had and if there was something obviously amiss. The order was delivered within expected time and packages really well. Setup was east, straightforward and swift. Since it arrived, using the PC has been a delight. It has exceeded our expectations and we have already commented that we will return for our next purchases, likely laptops for our kids to use at uni/college. It really has been a case of buy nice or buy twice for us. We won’t be making that mistake again.
