The customisation and validation of the PC build on the website is very good. Standard build time took about 2 weeks but there were options to accelerate this at a charge. They emailed each time it passed into a new phase and sent photos/video of the progress at one point which was good. Delivery was great and the item was well packaged. I've used them 3 times now and will do again.
