Not very happy due to having to go online and sign up which I did and it did not say we are not taking new patients it’s said Thankyou you shall receive and email or call back after. But never did. This is 2 weeks when I realised my rat was ill she has now passed due to the wait time.
And my other is suffering with a foot infection. Now have to go privately even tho I’m signed off with health reasons and only limited money on benefits. Not happy. At all
