Even though both dogs are registered they won't see either of them for a skin condition, both of them suffer from bad skin and it's common in rottweilers. They asked for a photo online, said they won't treat them and gave us the fantastic advice of "getting financial help to go private" I am not alone. It's not fit for purpose anymore unless the purpose is to pay a load of on TV adverts and rake money in for the directors. They are no longer even accepting new referrals.
