Such a bad experience with PDSA Aston. She didn’t tell her name, so I’ll just name her Karen. Karen was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve came here with my unwell pet and needed an urgent check up for her, but Karen wouln’t let the vet see her, she only cared about us being registered. Absolutely no empathy or decent human demeanour. Despite seeing my unwell pet, she was being unnecessarily rude saying she can’t do anything about it?! Surely if you cared so much about animals, you would assist in them being checked asap instead of arguing about being registered while seeing the severely unwell pet. Good for nothing and arrogant. Very unhelpful receptionist. Many others have said the same, so it’s a common thing with the PDSA. Honestly disgusted!
