My daughter took her cat to a emergency vet during night as someone had maliciously chopped his tail off it was hanging by a thread thy bandage it n gave painkillers costing £400 told her to go to pdsa next day as she is on universal credit thy took cat in but then rang to say the vet has refused to take the tail off and to pick him up that’s all the reason thy gave her it seems unless it’s a minor issue thy won’t help how can thy be so cruel thy not worth donating to save ya money n go to a vet cos these people don’t care about animals she now has taken it to a vet and has to pay monthly for the treatment and to be honest it is worth it the vet is lovely and really cares so my advice avoid the pdsa at Sunderland
