Recently got sent to a PDSA branch for an out of hours appointment by our vets. Our dog had swallowed a sock, he was given an injection which induced vomiting and he brought it back up thankfully. The total cost was a ridiculous £453, no way can they justify this. They’re pulling on the heartstrings of pet owners knowing they’ll pay. The amount is absolutely disgusting and as a result I’ll now be cancelling my charitable donations to PDSA.
