2 HOURS TAKING PICTURES TO ENTER THE EXAM, AND THEN YOU SEE THAT YOU WERE IN LINE ... THIS MEANS THEY DIDN'T COMPLY WITH THE EXAM SCHEDULE AND A COSTUMER STAYS 2HOURS PLUS 4HOURS OF THE EXAM. THIS IS DISRESPECTFUL AND UN-PROFESSIONAL.
