I buy from Peets once a month, no subscription. Two things have been challenging with this company over the years. Customer service is slacking. Calling is futile. I tried twice this week, put on lengthy hold times then the calls were both disconnected. Tried email and it takes 48 hours to hear back. And lastly a big problem with Peets and their shipping company is rarely do I get shipping dates. Tried clicking on tracking and UPS hasn't updated their server. I have received my delivery and their tracking still indicates they do not have the tracking info. I have told this to Peets in the past, another apology from them and looks like that problem continues to be unresolved. Am looking into other bean suppliers who not only provide a great bean but customer service. Challenging to continue to be a customer with a company that hasn't worked out all the bugs in their business or maybe they just have stopped caring about providing good customer service.
