I just had the worst customer service experience, and I am not want to ever leave a negative review. I ordered 2 baby blankets on 11/23…with 2 to 4 day expedited shipping to get the new blankets to the new baby just being born—I couldn’t wait to get the crib blanket and the other cute blanket with a hat to the new baby’s mother’s location. My order has now sat in the warehouse for 9 days, after I paid for 2 to 4 day expedited shipping. The person on chat did not apologize for the delay in getting that order out, & did not offer to refund the expedited shipping charge. There is no note whatsoever on the website that states that they are having 8 to 10 day delays because of the holiday season and shipping out anything. Today I discovered that USPS has not picked up the package even though Pendleton says they say that they have … my expedited order has only gotten as far as a pre-shipment label… And it’s nine days since I placed the order! And not a single apology. I regret spending money there and would not recommend ordering online—and *** most important. Do not waste your money on the $26 expedited shipping fee. It’s a complete waste of time and money.
