Pendelton is the worst company i have every dealt with .i inquired about an order i placed on line and never back ... i called twice !! The first time they told me it was shipped ...i waited 7 days days later and called again ..i was told the order was cancelled ? I never received any info ?? Stay again !! Do not buy from that ...a total waste of time

Spent $1000 buying gifts from Pendleton for my family. I had one item that was the wrong size for my sister. When I tried to exchange it after Christmas was told I had to have it refunded and then repurchase the item. The problem was that the price had gone up $55!!! They would not honor the price. All they told me was read our online policy. I am so disappointed in this company at how they treated me during this transaction. I want the world to know that at least with me they were horrible.

I just had the worst customer service experience, and I am not want to ever leave a negative review. I ordered 2 baby blankets on 11/23…with 2 to 4 day expedited shipping to get the new blankets to the new baby just being born—I couldn’t wait to get the crib blanket and the other cute blanket with a hat to the new baby’s mother’s location. My order has now sat in the warehouse for 9 days, after I paid for 2 to 4 day expedited shipping. The person on chat did not apologize for the delay in getting that order out, & did not offer to refund the expedited shipping charge. There is no note whatsoever on the website that states that they are having 8 to 10 day delays because of the holiday season and shipping out anything. Today I discovered that USPS has not picked up the package even though Pendleton says they say that they have … my expedited order has only gotten as far as a pre-shipment label… And it’s nine days since I placed the order! And not a single apology. I regret spending money there and would not recommend ordering online—and *** most important. Do not waste your money on the $26 expedited shipping fee. It’s a complete waste of time and money.

Received a 15% and free shipping offer for my November birthday. Couldn't get the offer to work on anything, so called customer service for help. The customer service rep said she couldn't reissue me a new birthday coupon and suggested that she place the order for me and submit a claim to get the 15% and free shipping refunded. She did not place the claim, so I called back and the second rep submitted the claim incorrectly, so I called a third time and this rep successfully submitted the claim. However, I never received the email update she said I should get, so I called a fourth time and was informed my claim had been denied (even though I made sure my item qualified - it was a dog cushion - not a throw, blanket, furniture, or gift card which were excluded from the offer). I asked this rep if she could at least refund my shipping costs since the first rep should have just talked to a manager to reissue my birthday coupon and not have suggested purchasing this item without confirming ahead of time that it qualified, and the Pendleton reps were so unable to process my claim successfully. I have been a long time Pendleton client and this would at least have been a gesture of goodwill for all the follow up I had to go through. Well, the rep refused, and I will no longer purchase from Pendleton. Their products are overpriced and customer service is TERRIBLE. AVOID PENDLETON-USA at all costs!

Two weeks trying to contact customer service for a return label.... multiple phone calls holding for 11 minutes at a time when you get kicked over to the leave a message outgoing recording, left multiple messages with all the information on order, no responses. I am ready to call the credit card company to tell them not to allow the charge to go through. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPEREINCE!!! And it is not over yet!

Placed an order with Pendleton.com and realized 10 minutes afterwards that I had put the wrong shipping address. There was no way to correct online; called customer service and after a long wait; the call was terminated on their end. I proceeded to try and contact via email; and online chat to no avail. The product was shipped to wrong address and now there is no way to get the product in time for Christmas. The inability to respond to customer calls and emails is unacceptable.

I had fraudulent transaction made to Pendleton-usa.com without my knowledge and it was reported to Pendleton customer service as soon as i got the notification from the bank about the transaction from my credit card. However, they did nothing to cancel that order and return the money saying that only the bank can help me. I requested to provide me the details of that transaction along with the shipping address so that i can at least try to trace who has hacked my credit card information. But they did not want to help. So presume that Pendleton-usa.com has hacked my credit card information and/or they are part of this fraud.

Received offer via email for 25% off everything. Placed order within time parameters on 11-28-2020 for Juniper Mesa Embroidered Hug Pillow. Order receipt confirmed via email and included Track My Order link. Link to website stated estimated shipping date was 12-3-2020. Never updated. Tried many times but no updated information. Sent customer service email with all details to request update. Return response said the were in office. Called office and automated response said send email!!! Called order by phone center to speak to live person. They tried to contact customer service via phone with same results. Now Track My Order link says they cannot find my order!!! I have a screenshot saved that proves they did accept my order. This is fraudulent advertising with no intent to fulfill the order and ship the merchandise.
