I am incredibly frustrated with my experience purchasing from Pendleton online. I placed my order over a month ago, specifically planning ahead to ensure I’d receive my package on time. However, the order was initially returned because, for some reason, Pendleton failed to include my street number on the shipping label. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue and was assured I could pay $10 for overnight shipping to get the package quickly. I agreed, but two weeks later, the replacement order still hasn’t shipped. To make matters worse, the shipping reverted to the standard 10-business-day timeframe instead of the expedited shipping I paid for. This is beyond ridiculous. I tried planning ahead, but the company’s lack of organization and competence completely derailed everything. I’ve been left waiting for over a month, and there’s been no accountability or solution from Pendleton. This experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I’ll think twice before ordering from them again.
