I've used Peninsula HR for a number of years and always had an excellent service from their HR advisers*. Recently they helped me deal with a difficult HR issue. Lorna Stafford handed over to Razan Abu-Hashish on a Friday evening to ensure I could wrap it up on the Saturday - so my staff could move on knowing the issue was resolved. Thank you to Razan and Lorna - your help was reassuring and invaluable. *I got a sales call asking me if I would like their face to face service - when I had already been offered that by the adviser. I also got a call asking me if I would like the health and safety service, when I've told Peninsula on numerous occasions that I don't want it. if Peninsula could fix this tendency to try to sell things that I've already declined, they'd get more frequent recommendations from me.
