I’m writing this review while I’m sitting in my hotel room in Medellín , Columbia brought my son and girlfriend down here to get veneers in good faith that Perfect Smile would do a great job . My sons teeth came out ok but my girlfriends veneers ended up being a horror show . They ask you to pick out some veneers from their web site that you like and the ones we picked out didn’t come out anything like she picked and she’s been crying in the hotel Room for almost 2 days . They wouldn’t let us speak to Mathew the owner he told us “end of story “ his exact words . We offered to pay for them to get what she wanted and they told us to go fly a kite . We went to get x rays at another place and told us the veneers are too long and not shaped correctly , my girlfriend says she has horse teeth !! We now have to come back to another place a month from now and spend $7000 to fix them. On a side note we were quoted $13,600 to do my son and girlfriend I ended up paying $18500 so whatever you get quoted make sure you k ow you’re gonna pay more . After further research there’s many places reputable and much less in price . I’m a business owner myself and have never in my life been treated the way Perfect Smile treated us . All they had to do was invite us back to make us whole and everything would’ve been fine . When we asked to talk to Mathew the owner that guy refused to talk to us but he was fast to collect the money up front . I wouldn’t recommend perfect smile to anyone because if something goes wrong you’re screwed . My girlfriend is devastated to say the least !! We were even asking them if we paid to fix them would you do that and they turned their backs on us . You have no recourse do not pay cash like I did and they charge 5% on credit cards and additional fees to follow . Do not pay up front wait till they finish or you may get screwed like we did . During the procedures everyone is whispering to each other as well makes you feel completely uncomfortable . I could keep going but I think you get the hint . .
