“The doctors and front desk staff are great. The billing department is terrible. I paid out of pocket in full for a service, and I have a balance due to me from a payment my insurance company paid Perfect Smiles. I have been trying to get the money returned to me for 11 months. I have called about eight times. Each time I have been told that they will have to speak with their supervisor and call me back. They have never called me back once. I call them and have to start all over again. I have never seen such a low level of customer service in my life.”

“Horrible money hungry office. I’m a full time college student and have night time seizures. I only came in for a night guard to protect my teeth, and help my bite. I finally got together enough money for it and this was the only office my school insurance took in the area. I was spoken over and ignored at EVERY appointment. At the first appointment they pressured me into antibiotic shots that I explicitly said were against my personal beliefs multiple times. Only to realize after I received the bill that they were pushing them so hard because it was $1500 in just these antibiotic shots. They never answered my questions about the night guard and sent me on my way with a $2500+ bill. After over a month I finally got a call my night guard was in. I had it for barely 2 weeks before it crumbled to pieces in my sleep causing me to choke. When I went back for a replacement, the second one cracked while I was still in the office. Valerie told me she would send it to a different lab and make it better. When I came back again now for the 4th time it was the same exact mouth guard simply repaired where it had cracked. When I tried it on in the office it cracked AGAIN in the same spot. They told me that it was my problem and I had to go drive to the lab myself and have them fix it. After being charged $2500 I had to do the leg work too. Upon going to said lab, the gentlemen told me that it kept cracking because the office staff was not fitting it correctly. He had me do bite tests on impression paper and other fitting techniques that the office didn’t do any time I went there. He also told me that based on my bite I wasn’t even a good candidate for a night guard. All in all horrible unorganized office staff with terrible attitudes. They do not care about your health or well being and only want your money. Be ware !”

“One of the worst experiences of my life, I was told after the doctor had reviewed all of my implant information and dental records, that the total cost would be below $5000. After I got there, the price jump to $17,000 and it needed to be paid in advance whether or not the procedures worked. I authorize $5000 to Mike debit card and went to the dental chair. Within about two minutes I got an alert from my bank that there was a $5000 charge to my debit account, and I authorized it. Within another minute, I received a charge against my debit account for $997. This charge was not authorized and my debit card had been in a shielded case and not used since I left home. The charge was some obscure Tijuana business and the bank processed it without authorization. I asked immediately why there was a second charge to my debit, and they all denied that they had made it, and that it must've been done somewhere else, and that they didn't even use that type of credit card machine. I called my bank immediately and they said that both charges were done on the exact same machines so obviously someone in his office had fraudulently charged my debit card. fraudulently charged my debit card. He installed two very large implants after pulling two molars without telling me and removing an implant that was already in place. All of this was done without medication and I cannot describe to you how painful it was. The assistant and the dentist were both rude and insulting. I left unhappy to say the very least. They told me they need another $5000 to proceed when I come back down in four or five months. Immediately left and went to another dentist and had them do a complete set of x-rays panoramic so I would have evidence as to what had been performed. the dentist looked at the implants and said he has placed multi unit abutments, but he has also ground down the set screws so they cannot be removed. I asked him why he would possibly do that and the dentist told me it was so I would not be able to go to another dentist and have them easily remove them. he charged me $900 for each of the six apartments for a total of about 5000 more dollars and change. I asked the new dentist what they cost and he said I installed them for $100 each. Perfect Smile Dental is the biggest ripoff agency I've ever dealt with, I would never return to them if my life depended on it.”

“Very poor customer service. I have had 3 of these things. The longest they last under the “10 year warranty” is 2 years. I replaced the latest bad one in April, after some days of multiple requests and chasing down their new customer service email which had changed each time I have had to contact them for replacements. Shipping took over a month with no updates or tracking. I thinking China. There must be little quality control or bad innovation, as the 3rd one no longer works either, after only 3 months. The on/off button freezes up like the others and then it no longer turns on or off. Customer service has again ghosted my repeated requests for replacement. The “10 year warranty” is bunk since they will not return requests for replacement. I would steer clear of this company. I’m going to buy a Phillips.”

“I had a really great experience. I was seen with out an appointment which is unheard of. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I will be going back for all my dental care.”

“The staff is friendly and professional; however if they write you a prescription you’ll be charged $100 per their “palliative care” policy. Their insurance plan is helpful but they should provide details of costs and let the patient decide which treatment options they prefer.”

“They gave me a crown and a filling and they both fell out in less than a week! They glued it back on, the crown and in less than a month the crown fell out. I guess their work is temporary. Now I need a root canal cause they took off way too much tooth. They want me to pay out of pocket $148 for their technology! So what they know? Apparently their technology needs a lot of work. Then they said they fell out cause I ate with those teeth???I guess once they use their technology you are not allowed to eat with those teeth. Then they tried to tell me it's cause I don't brush my teeth??? Wow them office girls have guts! I'm in my 60's and in all my life I have never had a filling fall out or a crown pop off. I think it's their technology!!!”

“I purchased my e brush in December and it took weeks for it to be delivered. It worked really nicely for a month and then started requiring nightly charges. Then after a few days of nightly charges it simply stopped working. It was never easy to turn on nor was it easy to change brushing modes. I emailed customer service only to get back questions that I had to answer like did it get damaged. Finally I called customer service and was told I had to answer the question, which I did , then they would issue a return form, then I had to mail it back and wait for a new one. Very bad customer service and it felt as if they were trying not to honor the warranty- looking for something I did rather than trusting my assessment as a consumer and sending me a new one. I got so frustrated with the customer service representative that I told her I was going to hang up. She just kept talking and I finally hung up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not an honorable company. What a rip off.”

“HORRIBLE!! HoRRible!!! HORRIBLE!! I do not recommend this place, the customer service is disgusting. My son had his braces for 2 years and i didn’t see any changes. Perfect Smile just wants your MONEY!!! They don’t care about perfecting your smile and making sure the customer is satisfied. Please do your research, don’t fall for the great picture they paint.”

“Basically DONATED 500.00 to them because they would not give me my money back and I wasn’t a candidate for the veneers I wanted!! They were very rude and stop answering my calls, apparently I need to know dental work information and what questions to ask instead of them explaining simple things about veneers before rushing to get the 500 non refundable even if you don’t see them. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go somewhere else unless you just want to donate because if you have questions later or a problem without even setting a appointment after paying (that’s your problem)! Their goal is to get that 500 before anything… Oh yea IT HAS TO BE CASH DEPOSIT and no insurance vs me going to another place and using my insurance for a deposit. I ended up going somewhere near by and just so happen a customer was in there whom Perfect Smile did the exact same thing to but the other place had spoken to her and did not charge her the 500 deposit which was a blessing because she explained she couldn’t afford it after being scammed!!”

“my experience with the E-brush has been disastrous. I am now on my 4th brush having had three product failures within the first 12 months of use. The customer service is terrible and after waiting over two weeks for the most recent replacement, I just discovered that the order has not even been processed and they cannot provide a shipping date or tracking number. Do not waste your time or money on this product”

“Both cranberry on Rowan Rd and Butler on Evans City Rd lousy. Sub par dentistry. I got a call from my insurance co. Yesterday stating that tooth no. 4 was approved for a root canal. I don't even have tooth no. 4 anymore. The problem , in my opinion stems from both office managers. I'm done with them. Fo yourself a favor and go elsewhere”
