Very poor customer service. I have had 3 of these things. The longest they last under the “10 year warranty” is 2 years. I replaced the latest bad one in April, after some days of multiple requests and chasing down their new customer service email which had changed each time I have had to contact them for replacements. Shipping took over a month with no updates or tracking. I thinking China. There must be little quality control or bad innovation, as the 3rd one no longer works either, after only 3 months. The on/off button freezes up like the others and then it no longer turns on or off. Customer service has again ghosted my repeated requests for replacement. The “10 year warranty” is bunk since they will not return requests for replacement. I would steer clear of this company. I’m going to buy a Phillips.
