Scam I've bought cosmetics from them, to be delivered in my flat in London. My parcel has never arrived, so they asked me to report myself a enquiry with Royal mail - when they should have been the ones who do it. Royal mail reverted saying I should get the refund with Perfumes Club, and Perfumes Club asked me 90 days to refund it because they want to keep the money for a few months. They don't do anything to look for your lost parcel, they ask you to contact the royal mail and do everything on your own. I discourage you to buy with them, buy with a bigger and professional company instead, which have a proper customer service team to solve the queries successfully and refund you when it's the case.
