WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Worst experience ever, still having an ongoing issue since early December 21. I have still not received two orders from perfume price, they are extremely slow in replying to any emails, I have been waiting over a week for a single response from customer service. I have not received my good, the issue has been looked into but there is proof of delivery, I have explained to perfume price I would like a redelivery or a refund and they offered me an Apology?! I want this issue resolved at the earliest, I have been waiting for a response for over a Week, each response seems to be taken a week or more to reply as if your team is deliberately ignoring this matter!
