The house had numerous faults and the customer care team are dreadful, rude and incompetent. 11 months in and issues Still not rectified, leaks, poor paint work, poor finish, tripped electrics, broken guttering, just to name a few of the issues we have had! Truly disappointing and would definitely not recommend buying from persimmon! Awful awful company and as it would seem not just us who think so, so do yourself a favour and look elsewhere otherwise you’ll end up regretting it. I would hate to say I told you so! This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade! Dreadful
