When I talk to people on the Persimmon estate I live on, most people would give 1 star or less- so these ratings on your site make sense. At present I am having a nightmare with the company saying they will do an outstanding 'snagging' problem, yet it is all empty words so far, me calling and no one calling back or following through. Or maybe a snidey bitchy remark from the CEO's pa, NW, which is totally unprofessional. Lets hope this vile way of treating customers gets exposed, and Persimmon start to treat customers with the care, respect and integrity they deserve.
