Having worked at a persimmon development for the last 3 years, and watched houses being built over that time all I can say is these houses are not fit for purpose and borderline dangerous. Building materials left to the elements for extremely long periods, timber frames not constructed correctly, inverted brickwork at gable ends, no fire protection. This is a company that is only interested money. Once you have taken ownership of a property you are considered irrelevant and will receive little if any aftercare for the crumbling mess of a false dream you have just been sold. Avoid at all cost!!
