We have a persimmon home in Stewarby Beds, I will not bore you with the list of snags which have yet to be completed. I honestly think the government should be doing more about this. It’s almost as if the Builder’s have them in their pocket. Why on earth in this day and age should they be able to get away with this.
There should be say 5-10% held back for one year by an independent and not released until every thing within reason is up to standard and regulation. One star Is far more than they deserve.
