First thing I want to say is that Pets Best insurance really does live up to their mission of ending economic euthanasia. A little over 2 months ago, at the beginning of May, our 1 year old dog, Bruno, was diagnosed with heart failure. It was a devastating blow to say the least. We were heartbroken, it had not even been a year since we lost our last dog. The vet bills started piling up quickly. I truly want thank Pets Best because it was in no small part thanks to them that our family got a little more time with Bruno. They paid out thousands, which we would not have been able to do out of pocket. Sadly, eventually the outcome was not what we had hoped for with Bruno. We did end up having to euthanize him, but not due to economic reasons. We knew with Pets Best behind us, we could have dragged on Bruno's treatment. It was a tough decision for us, but it was the kindest decision for Bruno. So again, Thank you Pets Best. Our family will never not have a dog without insurance.
