“Pets Best Pet Insurance is an essential part of my pet’s care. Having much of my pups regular well vet visit expenses covered is wonderful. The main reason I have this coverage though is knowing she is covered by insurance if emergency treatment is necessary.”

“PetsBest was easy to set up & navigate when filing and tracking the status of claims. Each claim had a specific breakdown of what was and was not covered and why, and payouts were deposited to my bank directly within the promised 5-7 days. When our dog Betsy got cancer and passed, the total costs were $5,674.17 -- PetsBest helped us cover $3,263.43. While the loss of our best friend hurts, having insurance helped us make decisions for her care without worrying about whether we could afford it.”

“My puppy got into something toxic which required an emergency vet visit on New Year’s Day. The cost was a lot more than I had expected, especially being right after Christmas. I submitted the claim that evening, not expecting to get a reply any time soon. This was my first claim, so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. In less than two weeks they were able to send my reimbursement, which was more than half of what I had paid. Definitely worth it. My little guy is fine, just a handful, and I am thankful to have my furry family members insured with Pets Best.”

“I have been with Pet’s Best for about 7 years. I am familiar with the insurance business and principles. They have been so reliable. They offer many options and premiums commensurate with them. Not to mention the representatives are kind, compassionate and helpful. I hope they read this because my renewal is coming up and they have helped us tremendously over the years with my epileptic dog. I can’t say enough good things about them.”

“I have had pets best insurance now for around 2 years, and have been very pleased. We have 4 dogs on our plan, and luckily don’t often have to submit claims. However this year, our 3 yr old Bernedoodle tore both her cruciate ligaments several months apart. After we reached our deductible, they absolutely covered 80% of the rest, which was huge for us, and will make it worth paying for for years to come”
