Pets Best was the best decision I made for my senior rescue cat, DeeDee. DeeDee struggled with a range of health issues from arthritis, to pancreatitis, to ultimately kidney failure... Pets Best made all her medications and treatments possible for us. Claims were returned in a timely manner, and explained in a straight forward way. I never had an issue with coverage or claims not being payed out correctly. I recommended Pets Best to many friends throughout my time using them. I always showed them how easy it was to just take a picture of your Vet Bill Receipt and boom, the claim is done. I hope the Pets Best team knows they are doing great things for Pet Owners.
