I have 2 pets with this insurance carrier. I love Pets Best and recommend them to everyone who does not have insurance on their four legged best friend. Upon submitting the invoice to them I always hear from them through the entire process. When they receive it you get an email, when reviewed you get an email, when decision has been made on the claim usually within 5-7 days you get an email defining how it will be paid and your deductable. Very easy, simple, and exactly what I wanted for my pet insurance. It is worth every penny and actually affordable.
