Easy claims process, fair and honest reimbursements. Not the cheapest pet insurance, but they at least cover what they say they're going to. The cheaper carriers (which we have had) eventually will reimburse, but there is a LOT of back and forth. Pets Best has been great, however if they continue to increase their premiums at the rate that they have been, it will become cost prohibitive, and we won't continue our policies.
