Anyone may purchase an insurance policy - but will it pay at the time of a claim? Will the claims process be smooth and seamless? I am a new Pets Best Pet Health Insurance as of March 2025. And, wouldn't you know it - my active and athletic 3 year-old black Labrador Retriever sustained a laceration while she caught a frisbee in the air and needed ER care with staples. Wow - just after the minimal waiting periods. The process to submit the claim was absolutely seamless and effortless!!!! The updates are fantastic!!! I am really, really impressed with Pets Best. My dog will be fine - and the vet ER staff said that many of their staff and clients have Pets Best - so I had no doubt everything would work out great!
