Like most people, I got pet insurance thinking I would never use it. Unfortunately, my dog started having epileptic seizures at 18 months, increasing in their intensity until his passing at age 4. Pets Best was always extremely fair and responsive during this ordeal. They moved quickly when settling claims and went above what I would have expected from an insurance agency. I would recommend Pets Best to anyone who is bringing a pet into their families and would not hesitate to use their services again.
