Under the first lockdown I thought it would be safer to have my prescriptions delivered so I signed up with P2U. However, cancelling with Pharmacy 2U is nigh on impossible. I couldn't find a link on their website on how to cancel with them, I've sent several emails telling them I no longer wish to deal with them but they won't take no for an answer. I've had long waits for some deliveries but more concerning is they changed my medication without consulting me. I have an acute respiratory condition and 10 years ago my consultant prescribed a certain medication that has worked and helps me enormously. What did P2U do but change it. I'm so disappointed with P2U I've gone back to using my local chemist.
