I signed up with them during lockdown as I’m high risk therefore thought this would make life easier for me, how wrong was I!! My first prescription never arrived, I contacted them to ask why and I was told they had contacted my doctors surgery for my repeat prescription but they hadn’t heard back from them! I phoned my doctors who informed me they hadn’t received anything from them!! They also informed me that I wasn’t the first person they’d done this too! I was contacted by someone from pharmacy2u after leaving a negative comment about there service, they apologised and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. I decided to give them another chance but the same thing happened again 😡
