Been with Pharmcy2U for 2 months using wegovy treatment. still after 2 months they don't have the next pen available 0.50 so as of month three you should be staring 1.0 which i asked for. tried to contact via their chat bot first in business hours but was told that not its not working, so what the point of having it? Was refused by the doctor told to order 0.25 again for a third month. Raised a query with customer service regarding this and they basically told me if i don't like it go elsewhere. No care or consideration for customer no positive alternative like offering 2 x 0.25 pens for a discounted price. got an email from Basharat but really did not care about me or my concerns. no customer service skills!
