Ok for ordering repeat prescriptions but no good for one-off prescriptions. Was prescribed some antibiotics by my Doctor on Wednesday. Should have been despatched by Friday but now there app is saying despatch will be next Tuesday - if I'd got prescription from my local pharmacy I'd be finished the medication before Pharmacy2U can even get it to me. There is no chatbot (Ana) and when I call the help telephone number there is a message about call volumes being too great and to try another time. I'll be cancelling my registration after I receive this prescription.
