I am very dissatisfied.The whole point of using a service like Phamacy2U is that it is more convenient than using a local chemist. My experience is that it is not more convenient! Despite having put a request on my profile that, should no one be home when the package is delivered, if it can't be put through the letterbox it should be left in my shed. On 3 occasions now this hasn't happened and I have had to collect the package from the Royal Mail delivery office which is substantially less convenient than collecting it from my local pharmacy. Each time, I have called customer services and I have been assured that this won't happen again.... BUT IT HAS! Being a solely mail order company, I really can't see why Pharmacy2U can't use packaging that will fit through letterboxes (my delivery isn't a large one) - Specsavers can do it with much larger bottles for contact lens fluid! Failing that, if Royal Mail aren't delivering the service they have beeen contracted to carry out then Pharmacy2U should change their courier service. When I put these constructive suggestions to the customer services representative I was, very unhelpfully, told that these changes wouldn't be made. I will be changing to another supplier immediately!
