My son has been left without 2 medications (both of which help keep him alive), I put in the prescription almost a month ago and they kept arguing that it was an advanced prescription so they couldn’t put it through (it wasn’t advanced), so I went straight to my dr to do the prescription which then got sent to pharmacy2u, another 3 weeks on and it still hasn’t arrived. After going backwards and forwards of them trying to blame me for doing it in advance and blaming my dr for not putting in prescription, and not having much else to say, they have messaged saying it is out of stock with their warehouse! One of the drugs I have been able to obtain a small amount of through 111 but the other is not easy to get. So angry. Not the first time it’s happened. Avoid!
