As with everyone else, I ordered a prescription item that was clearly listed as in stock. 3 days later it was still listed as 'Order recieved' and I paid for next day delivery. I rang them and was assured by a customer service agent by the name of Craig that it would get with me by next day.
I then found out that in fact the manufacturer has a shortage of the drug, and every other pharmacy online was out of stock.
In a panic I contacted them again and was told Craig had given me the wrong information and they were out of stock. I then cancelled the order and 10 days later still have not recieved payment.
I understand times are busy at the moment, but at the very least DO NOT list as IN STOCK and take customers money if it is clearly out of stock!! Also do not lie blatantly to customers promising the delivery!
Stay clear! Still awaiting my refund!
