I finnaly got the payment but the process needs a lot of improvements:
- No case # created when claim raised
- No tracking nor feedback while processing
- Payment time took almost 3 weeks...tooooo long.
- Once payment received, not clear the math behind. A statement should be send to users with clear coverage.
