I have the Phonesoap Pro for a few years, and had stopped using it for a few months because I acquired a new CPAP cleaner that has a very large chamber and uses both UV light and Ozone to disinfect any item. When I went to use my Phoneoap recently for bathroom items such as toothbrush, it wouldn't turn on. I phoned PhoneSoap and was told what to do, and it worked, and I am again a happy camper. PhoneSoap support was excellent, and their products are superb. I also own an Airsoap Air purifier, and am extremely pleased at how it works and may be maintained w/o replacing filters every few months.
