Automated system does not work well. I was initially told my return/exchange was denied. This was an error in the process of the application and or timing.
After unnecessary time spent chatting with agents that disappeared in the middle of the chat. I eventually received my exchange delivered slowly like the original.
If the new one fails I will simply throw it in the trash. regards.
