First time ever i have bought a phone online, i looked around saw the ad from PhoneBot for a Samsung galaxy note 9 which is what i looking for. I decided to give them a try and put my trust in this company and order a like new phone , my payment went through with no problems i paid the extra money for express post as well, yes i did read bad reviews from other people later on that did not read very well as they had problems ETC, well for me i was very happy and surprised my phone was delivered within two days of my order and i was expecting a delay in postage because as we all know the covid situation and of course i was cutting it fine with one week away from christmas and they did warn me of this situation when i put my order through, It was a refurbished phone , like new is what i ordered and recieved, not one mark or scratch on it at all you would think i did buy it from a big time phone company, i only have had it five days but it is running like a dream. give them a try you i am one who will recommend them for being Australian and honest in what they do
