From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Products good but my BRAND NEW WATCH was packaged in a thin garbage bag like satchel. No padding, not taped, not secured, box arrived heavily damaged. Told phone bot it's a bit glitchy and haven't heard back from last email.”

“The service was prompt and I received a call to discuss a change of colour for the tablet I had ordered. My main concern is that the device arrived with no paperwork at all. No copy of the paid invoice and 12 month guarentee, but more importantly no instructions, not even a "quick start guide". The device is working well now that a tech friend has set it up for me.”
