From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“I bought a smart watch. It arrived without a strap and with the wrong charger. I contacted support and they said they'd send me the correct charger. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no strap. Still no charger. I had to find another solution, and I'm told that to get a refund I'll have to pay postage to return the items (when then eventually arrive!). I hope this can get rectified soon.”

“I have recently got 2 mobiles from phonebot ..1 iPhone 8 & 1 Oppo A77. The Oppo is great although the settings are different to my current oppo, an older version which must've been the worst phone in history! I am happy with the Oppo, the battery doesnt lose power when its not turned on & it can go 3 days b4 I have to recharge. The i 8 am still having probs with, ugh. the battery needs charging more frequently for a mobile that isnt even turned on, & will take upto 8 hrs to recharge! dont know whats happening there, ugh. So dont feel happy about rating phone bot for 2 phones, though happy to rate it for the Oppo.”

“Efficient, quick and good to deal with on the purchase. Replied promptly to a few queries we had. Watch was fine, unmarked and works as expected, so very happy with it. I had issues that the charger was unable to be used as we had no USB-C points, and would have liked a more universal USB charger. They would not hear that it was a problem, so had added cost to get something that would charge the watch. Apart from that it was a good buy”

“Very happy with both the price of my new-to-me phone, and the like-new description reflects the condition of the phone. Very happy with purchase. Only one note, the description didn't say whether the phone was Aus or overseas delivered... At least a line mentioning this and any reassurance of compatibility with Australian networks would be a good thing, I was a little on edge realising this after checkout and waiting for delivery.”
