Phone is in great condition, I am very happy with it. Came surprisingly with a case and screen protector, however the screen protector was glued poorly to the front camera so picture is blurry. Customer service then just told me to take it off and put it back on which resulted in an unclear screen over all. They sent me a new screen protector, however this kinda caused more trouble, but I appreciate the intention.
